I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions: That Hound in Hand Training shall not be liable for any injury or damage to any person, animal or property, which results from the training or behaviour of my pet. I agree that I as the owner remain liable for the behaviour of my pet, notwithstanding said pet may be in the care of Hound in Hand Training or it's agents. I accept that all payments are non refundable unless otherwise discussed and I understand that the success of any dog training falls on the responsibility of the owner to uphold and maintain all skills. Any digression in training is at no fault of the trainer outside of the sessions held. I also understand and agree that any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and that the adult shall at all times be responsible for the child's safety. I further agree that Hound in Hand Training and it's agents shall not be held liable for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of my pet's participation in the program and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hound in Hand Training and their partners, locations, and agents from any and all actions, claims and or demands however caused.*
